Maygrove Peace Park itself will be undergoing a programme of improvements starting in the Autumn. The much-loved Antony Gormley statue at the top of the park, and the special Crane commemorating the story of Sadako at the Maygrove Road entrance, have been given make-overs ahead of other improvements to the park.

If you are interested in helping shape the improvements to the park – Camden will be holding a stall and workshop in the park, for people to meet members of the Parks & Green Spaces team and landscape architects consulting with the community to take the final plans forward. You can also register your interest in being part of a new Friends of Maygrove Peace Park group to help maintain and look after the well-being of the park in future.
