Hatha yoga is the style upon which almost all new versions of yoga are built. It’s very versatile and can be adapted to the needs of those practicing. The more modern day requirements are to focus on the asana practice while paying attention to breathing techniques and relaxation.
Mats are provided or you may bring your own if you prefer.
What to wear? – comfortable clothes to allow ease of movement without restrictions. It’s good to have something warm for the cool-down period ie a shawl, cardigan, socks or even a blanket.
It’s better not to eat immediately before class (allow at least 1-2 hrs)
